Governments deal with enormous amount of data. In order that such data is put to an effective use in facilitating decision-making, a data warehouse is constructed over the historical data. It permits several types of queries requiring complex analysis on data to be addressed by decision-makers.

A project on this has been successfully implemented for the Andhra Pradesh Government. The application deals with the person and land data of the State for decision making on several applications of the State, e.g. Literacy, Health, Relief, Economic status and related programs.

It is a multifunctional application for Public Works departments (PWDs) and other construction authorities and captures information at all the stages through which work progresses. It consists of three systems, namely the Works Management System (WMS), Accounts Management System (AMS) and Stores Management System (SMS). It also contains a Tender Management module. Hospital Information System (HIS) is one of the most promising applications of Information Technology (IT) in the Health Care Sector. The aim of HIS is to use a network of computers to collect, process and retrieve patient care and administrative information from various departments for all hospital activities to satisfy the functional requirement of the users. It also helps as a decision support system for the hospital authorities for developing comprehensive health care policies.

This system has been successfully commissioned at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute (SGPGI), Lucknow, and Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital (GTB), Delhi.

The Stamps and Registration Department of a State is typically one of the top revenue earners for any Government. Stamp & Registration software provides efficient government citizen interface, and also enables enhanced revenue earnings for the Stamps and Registration operation. The heart of this application consists of the Registration and Valuation module. Other modules are the Networking and Scanning modules that enable exchange of information securely across departments, and "electronic copying" of the registered documents thereby enabling return of the original document within few minutes of presentation.

The application software also provides a feature of taking a web-photograph and a thumb impression of the client to append on his stamped document.

The stipulated turnaround time is approximately 25 minutes; 15 minutes for registration and 10 minutes for scanning the document (Before getting computerized, it used to take many hours and sometimes days). The project after being successfully run for IGR, Maharashtra in Pune sites, is being proposed to be implemented in BOT (Build Operate Transfer) basis with participation from private parties. Success Story on SARITA (Stamp and Registration with Information Technology Application)

This application addresses the activities carried out by a corporation engaged in industrial development. It is an effective tool that captures the land allotment process which encompasses various stages like allotment, transfer, mortgage, surrender etc. of land. Some of the functional modules of this are, Acknowledgment of application, Receipt of application, Reminder of notice, Reports etc. The application is fully GIS enabled.

The system has been developed for Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

Important applications for Municipal Corporations includes Property Tax billing, water supply billing, death and birth certificates issue, trade licenses issue, consumer complaints apart from MIS.

This entire operation has been computerized for six major municipal corporations in Karnataka.

The solution provides the facilities to easily store and retrieve the documents. They are stored using proper indexing mechanism to facilitate faster search. Main modules of the solution are Document conversion, Image enhancement, Document storage and retrieval, and Document security.

This is a standalone application for a variety of Document Management Operations in a Corporate or Government department.

This application enables effective scanning of various types of old documents with proper enhancements, indexing as per needs, their archives and retrieval.
